A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior to Associate level Building Surveyor considering their next role to work remotely across the southern regions of the UK.

This is a role where you will be autonomous, trusted, and free to choose your work style, based remotely for a North Yorkshire Practice that has built its success over the past 24 years.

This position is ideal for a skilled Building Surveyor who is interested in eventually establishing a new office in their local area and building a team of surveyors with the company's support.

The Practice primarily operates in the retail sector, which would be beneficial but not essential. They are seeking a surveyor with a strong professional background in Building Surveying, including technical due diligence, leasehold acquisitions, landlord and tenant experience, dilapidations, and project management from inception to completion of projects such as new builds, major refurbishments, and fit-outs.

If you feel stagnated in a larger organization and want the support and freedom to build something new as their first southern Building Surveyor, this role could be perfect for you.
