Job Opening: Solicitor

Heald Solicitors is seeking a solicitor who thrives on delivering excellent work to a growing client base. We serve a diverse range of clients across sectors including property development, hospitality, leisure, property investment, retail, owner-managed businesses, and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage personal caseloads and support the team with our expanding client portfolio.
2. Assist with larger transactions and independently handle cases.
3. Provide efficient, professional, and client-focused legal services.
4. Gain exposure to a broad portfolio of business-owning and high-net-worth private clients.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Landlord and tenant negotiations, lease renewals, ancillary documentation, 1954 Act applications, and advising on documentation implications.
• Knowledge of infrastructure agreements and property-related construction documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years PQE.
