Role Description:
The Operations Administrator will collaborate with the PS management and teams to document and maintain processes, systems, and performance monitoring approaches within the PS Organization. This role supports the global delivery of services to meet revenue and performance targets and is responsible for supporting Forecast, Resource Utilization, and Billing Operations for the PS team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Billing Operations and support Forecast, Resource Operations, and performance monitoring of the PS Organization.
- Document and maintain strategies and insights to help the PS teams meet Forecast, Resource utilization, and Billing targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Gather data on current operations through observations, reports, and interviews to provide insights and recommendations.
- Analyze operations, relevant information, and data to determine appropriate methods.
- Maintain systems used for tracking, reporting, and communication to deliver meaningful insights to business units and leadership.
- Support capacity planning processes and standard tools for PS organizational planning.
- Proactively identify issues, research, document findings, and provide recommendations.
- Assist departmental leaders in implementing new policies, procedures, and processes.
- Train employees on new systems and processes.
- Update policies and procedures to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with established standards.
- Work closely with PS management to achieve company goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role in a large, cross-functional organization.
- Detail-oriented with a results-focused approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and levels.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of financial and resource modeling and forecasting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with PSA, SFDC, QlikView, project management, Business Intelligence, and capacity planning tools.
- Understanding of Business Process Management and OPEX.
- Knowledge of IT Service Delivery and/or Supply Chain industries.
