Job summary

Pearse Partners is seeking an Associate to join its NAV team in London. The role focuses on underwriting, modelling, and diligence for new investment opportunities within a fast-growing platform.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a background in private credit or leveraged finance, and be comfortable working in a high-intensity environment alongside senior investment professionals.

Qualifications

• Underwrite and analyse new investment opportunities with single-asset focus.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models.
• Diligence on PE managers and portfolios with senior sponsors.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Background in private credit, leveraged finance, or related investing discipline.
