This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers, serving Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by providing real-time & offline (image/video) data auditing services. A key contribution is supporting the maintenance of inventory accuracy in fulfillment centers.
An Associate in this role is responsible for watching videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center, understanding the content thoroughly, and using human judgment combined with tools to identify activities captured in the videos. They verify or mark product locations using a tool, ensuring high accuracy. This operational role involves performing precise video/image audits to aid defect reduction, under general supervision.
The candidate should demonstrate:
Associates work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, typically 9 hours including scheduled breaks. Shift timings may change every 3-4 months based on business needs. Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon policy.
Weekly offs are rotational, two consecutive days off, which may not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday, or as per business discretion.
The Data Auditing Operations team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities to enable hands-free active stowing through visual audits of videos/images. Videos, usually 15-20 seconds long, are reviewed for product storage accuracy, helping to improve automated processes and maintain stow quality. Performance is regularly evaluated for coaching and improvements.
