You'll apply cooling system design expertise, optimize PUE/WUE, ensure resilience, and contribute to business growth through industry networking.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong client-facing project leadership experience.
• Cooling system design expertise, including chilled water solutions.
• PUE and WUE optimization experience.
• Knowledge of tiered resilience and business continuity strategies.
• Experience testing and commissioning of mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams on major mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate projects from feasibility through detailed design, construction and commissioning.
• Provide technical leadership across complex engineering solutions.
• Manage project planning, delivery, and reporting on performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers.
• Support business growth through client engagement and industry networking.
• Travel to project locations where required.
