Job summary

Pick Everard is seeking an Associate - Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) in London to lead design and management of diverse building services projects. You will work on heritage, healthcare, energy and infrastructure sectors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires CEng/IEng and strong skills in IES, MagiCAD and AutoCAD, with leadership and client-facing responsibilities. You will join a collaborative national team, benefit from ongoing training and career

Qualifications

Significant experience of mechanical building services/HVAC design in large projects.
Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer status (IEng) with relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
Hands-on knowledge of IES, MagiCAD and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Lead design and management of a wide range of building services projects.
Deliver high-quality solutions for heritage, healthcare, energy and infrastructure environments.
Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Oversee cost management, feasibility studies, consultancy, design and project management.
Manage contract administration and support the full project lifecycle.
Engage with clients, contractors and end-users; contribute to business development.
