Job summary

Goodfellow is seeking an Associate Materials Solutions Lead to own moderate complexity opportunities end-to-end, translating customer needs into tangible material solutions. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and drive commercial deals to close with guidance from senior leadership.

The role blends technical rigor with commercial performance, offering development toward full ownership of strategic materials projects across sectors.

Qualifications

• STEM degree essential.
• Experience in technical or solution sales desirable.
• Commercial judgement on pricing and negotiation.
• Ability to coordinate technical specialists for customer solutions.
• Exposure to technically led sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of materials opportunities from qualification to close.
• Interpret customer requirements into deliverable materials solutions.
• Coordinate technical, sourcing and quality colleagues to deliver each solution.
• Lead proposals, pricing, negotiation and close with support from Lead.
• Partner with account managers to provide technical/commercial expertise.
