Job Overview:

As an Associate Lead to the Cash Governance Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that data flows consistently through our systems to enable accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition. You will oversee IQVIA Laboratories’ lead-to-cash governance and serve as the Service Governance coordinator for specialty lab businesses.

You will:

1. Organize and lead a cross-functional stakeholder group to ensure services are properly defined, developed, and maintained for accurate budgeting and revenue recognition.
2. Maintain oversight of the Lead to Cash (LTC) framework and roadmap, seeking to leverage synergies across the lab business.
3. Partner with leadership and IT to develop and maintain the systems roadmap impacting the LTC process.
4. Coordinate and lead quarterly governance meetings to ensure LTC connections function properly, assigning follow-up tasks as needed.
5. Lead cross-functional discussions related to service offerings, interacting with relevant parties regionally, locally, and globally to ensure an end-to-end process from budgeting to billing, considering LIS systems.
6. Manage stakeholder identification, engagement, and ownership as subject matter experts for service offerings.
7. Consolidate documentation from SMEs to provide relevant background information for new or revised services.
8. Partner with the General Manager or delegate to prioritize discussion topics, ensuring efficient meetings with appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred); equivalent education, training, and experience may be accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end laboratory processes, including operational and customer delivery excellence.
• Strong process orientation and improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of Project Services processes and laboratory operations, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to solve problems innovatively and deliver results.
