Associate, Client Processing Oversight – UK Transfer Agency Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee work processed in our operational centers to ensure client service standards are met/exceeded, including transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve operational queries, issues, and incidents; analyze data to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty.
• Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and checklists for Transfer Agency processes.

Qualifications:

• Combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform the role; a bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred; less experienced candidates will be considered.
• Experience in financial services operations or client services preferred.
• Willingness to develop skills in AI/Digital tools.
