Associate, Client Processing Oversight – UK Transfer Agency Operations

We’re seeking a team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Oversight in our UK Transfer Agency team, located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee work processed in our operational centers to ensure client service standards are met or exceeded, including transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve operational queries and incidents, analyze data to monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements such as CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty.
• Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and checklists for Transfer Agency.

To succeed, you should have:

• A combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the responsibilities. A bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred, but we consider less experienced candidates.
• Experience in financial services operations or client services is preferred.
• Willingness to develop skills in AI/Digital tools is a plus.
