As an Associate, you’ll lead from the front – collaborating closely with clients and teams to shape innovative design solutions. You’ll guide high-profile workplace and commercial interior projects from early concept through to delivery, bringing a hands-on approach, sharp design thinking, and a strong understanding of local context.

You’ll also have the opportunity to step into a leadership role within our London team, helping grow and mentor designers while contributing to the studio’s future direction.

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Interior Design professional who is ready to take the next career step, this is your opportunity to work for a locally based global design practice, working on project opportunities across the UK & EMEA.

You will be part of the UK Leadership team, leading small teams on design and delivery of workplace interior design projects across various sectors, supported by a wider global team & resources.

About You

  • Several years' experience leading project teams and delivering commercial workplace interior design projects is essential.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a professional design studio environment.
  • UK project and client experience, with a solid local network in the design and built environment sector.
  • Proven ability to lead commercial interior design projects, communicate ideas clearly, and influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen – you understand how to manage budgets and project financials.
  • Proficiency in modern design/documentation and visualisation/rendering tools essential (Revit and Enscape).
  • You have a strong focus on design quality, collaboration, and professional development.
