Panthera Partners is working with an international private market fund to hire an Associate for their growing Infrastructure Credit Investment team, based in London. Adopting a mid-market strategy and flexible capital investment mandate, including structured equity, the fund targets mid to high teen returns. The fund has built an impressive portfolio of assets, investing in opportunities with infrastructure-like characteristics. As the fund continues to invest regularly, there is a need for an additional Associate to support the execution and management of investments.

Interested candidates will:

• Be in an Associate position within either a private credit/debt infrastructure fund or the Project / Structured Finance Advisory team of an international bank
• Have a proven track record of working on deals across the full capital structure, with exposure to private equity deals considered a plus
• Possess an exceptionally strong skill set, including the ability to build models from scratch
• Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness
• Possess excellent communication skills, and fluency in another European language
• Hold a degree in engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field from a highly regarded university
