Job Description:

Panthera Partners is working with an international private market fund to hire an Associate for their growing Infrastructure Credit Investment team, based in London. The fund adopts a mid-market strategy and a flexible capital investment mandate, including preferred and structured equity, targeting mid to high teen returns. The fund has built an impressive portfolio of assets, investing in opportunities with infrastructure-like characteristics. As the fund continues to invest, there is a need for an additional Associate to support the execution and management of investments.

Interested candidates will:

• Be in an Associate position within either a private credit/debt infrastructure fund or the Project / Structured Finance Advisory team of an international bank
• Have a proven track record of working on deals across the full capital structure; exposure to private equity deals is a plus
• Have strong skills, including the ability to build models from scratch
• Possess excellent communication skills; fluency in another European language is preferred
• Hold an engineering, mathematics, business, or related degree from a highly regarded university
