Qualifications

• Degree in Geology or related discipline.
• MSc in Hydrogeology or equivalent experience desirable.
• Strong hydrogeology, groundwater or water resources background.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks and guidance.
• Excellent communication, report writing and project management skills.
• Experience within a consultancy environment desirable.

A leading water resources and hydrogeology consultancy is seeking an Associate Hydrogeologist to lead its hydrogeology and flood risk team following continued business growth and integration into a wider environmental group. As an Associate Hydrogeologist, you will manage a team of hydrogeologists and flood risk consultants while overseeing the successful delivery of groundwater, water resources and flood risk projects across the UK.

The Associate Hydrogeologist will act as a technical authority across the business, supporting project delivery, team development and client management while helping shape future growth strategy.
