Qualifications

• At least 4 years in investment banking (restructuring or leveraged finance) at a top firm.
• Solid understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills; proficient in modelling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Demonstrated work ethic and team collaboration; comfortable with senior stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial models and coordinate due diligence.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations and pitches.
• Lead preliminary valuation analysis and negotiations with stakeholders.
• Supervise junior staff and support in deal marketing.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects and professional advisors.
