Position Summary

Maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance services for Stryker’s products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and manufacturer specifications. Provide technical assistance and documentation to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and determine solutions in line with product and customer needs
  • Assess product needs, conduct technical training, and provide product briefings
  • Act as the local on-site representative for customers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in medical electronics or equivalent practical knowledge
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience in high-demand roles with organizational responsibility
  • Healthcare environment experience is a plus
