Job summary

Lorien is recruiting solicitors for its growing Family Law team, with openings from newly qualified to Senior Solicitor levels. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of new and existing privately funded family matters while delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving profit-cost targets.

Notably, all clients are sourced by the firm, so bringing a following is not required. Administrative and secretarial support is provided to assist with caseload management.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer with experience in privately funded family law.
• Demonstrated history of meeting chargeable time/billing targets.
• Strong IT skills including case management systems.
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational abilities.
