Job summary

Meinhardt UK and Ireland in London is seeking an Associate Façade Engineer to lead façade design across major buildings and infrastructure projects. You will manage project teams, coordinate with architects and engineers, and drive quality and sustainability throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in façade engineering, Chartered Engineer status, and at least eight years’ experience in façade-related work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading façade design projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings of façade details using hand sketching and drafting software.
• Lead teams to create graphical representations of façade design information for reports.
• Develop design proposals with architects and contractors to define detailed requirements.
• Lead design review sessions and QA procedures for façade projects.
• Manage project resources, timelines and budgets.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with sub-consultants.
