We have a brand-new opportunity for an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our MEP division based in our central London office.

It's an exciting time to join our London team, with ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months. As an Associate, you will be empowered to grow your own team and develop your career quickly. Our London office benefits from a central location near Borough Market and the Shard, with projects spanning defence, healthcare, data centres, and commercial/residential sectors.

Your role will include:

• Being a proactive member of the MEP leadership team, overseeing daily operations of electrical disciplines across multidisciplinary projects in various building sectors.
• Maintaining and developing client relationships, managing project performance, negotiating fees, and securing ongoing work.
• Acting as a role model within the team, ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered with a 'right-first-time' approach.

Our Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) division:

Our MEP team specializes in energy, sustainability, and engineering design, creating high-performance environments across sectors like commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, manufacturing, logistics, heritage, and residential.

• Building performance optimization
• Carbon verification and validation
• Daylight and sunlight studies
• Sustainability benchmarking and environmental assessments
• Strategic utility management

We collaborate early in projects, guiding design development and helping clients make key decisions with our expertise.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Relevant qualifications (HNC, HND, BSc, MSc), ideally with chartered status.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Associate within UK building services projects.
• Experience managing teams, including recruitment and development.
• Business development skills, including marketing and financial management.
• Knowledge of BIM, Revit, and IES/Amtech software.
