About the Role

As the foremost supplier of quality special needs staffing solutions in the UK, Axcis Education is expanding its London team. We are seeking an Associate Education Consultant to strengthen our team.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to pursue a career in recruitment. The role includes a 6-month training program covering all aspects of the 360-recruitment cycle. We value drive, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

1. Resourcing teachers and teaching assistants
2. Searching job sites and attending career fairs
3. Utilising our database to recruit candidates
4. Writing job adverts
5. Interviewing candidates
6. Liaising with Education Consultants
7. Writing candidate profiles

Next Steps

Once confident, you will begin client training, including visiting schools, marketing candidates, and developing client relationships.

Candidate Profile

Presentable, proficient in computer skills, and excellent communicators. Sales experience is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of special needs or education is an advantage but not required.
