Resolute is a data-driven media and measurement agency with expertise in paid media, website analytics, search engine marketing, and performance marketing. As part of the Weber Shandwick Collective, it delivers sophisticated paid media solutions globally.

Role Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join Resolute as the first member of our London-based team, leading media planning and strategy efforts, collaborating with clients and agency partners, and helping grow the team and client base. The role offers career progression and leadership opportunities.

This is a hybrid role requiring about three days per week in an IPG office in London, with flexibility for remote work and travel within the EMEA market (~25% in the first year).

Role Responsibilities:
  • Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and present tailored paid media strategies, understand campaign goals, target audiences, and market challenges.
  • Market Insights: Use knowledge of UK and EMEA media landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
Support Market Expansion:
  • Foster collaboration within Weber Shandwick and IPG EMEA agencies.
  • Align media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Resolute in inter-agency meetings and showcase paid media expertise.
  • Educate agency partners on media capabilities and identify opportunities.
  • Support business development efforts within EMEA.
Team Building & Leadership:
  • Contribute to the development of the London team, including recruitment and training.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Coordinate with the US team for campaign execution.
Client & Campaign Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
  • Collaborate with vendors for campaign delivery.
  • Oversee performance reporting and campaign execution.
  • Manage budgets and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive paid media experience with leadership qualities.
  • Experience managing complex digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, KPI understanding, and attribution knowledge.
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager or similar tools.
  • Google Analytics and Facebook certifications are a plus.
