Verian Group seeks an experienced Associate Director to join the Trials team. You’ll deliver randomised controlled trials and online experiments, support project design, delivery and reporting, and work closely with clients and stakeholders to manage multiple projects with quality and on budget.

You will mentor junior colleagues in a fast-paced environment and contribute to bid and proposal activities while maintaining rigorous methodological standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering field trials or online experiments.
• Ability to lead multi-project portfolios and teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders throughout the research process.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver randomised controlled trials and online experiments, supporting design, data collection and reporting.
• Lead project teams to ensure outputs are on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the research lifecycle.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities with clear prioritisation.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to maintain quality.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
