We're Hiring: Associate Director / Principal Scientist – Translational Science & Early Clinical Strategy

Are you passionate about bridging science and strategy to bring transformative therapies to patients faster? Our client, a growing biotech company specializing in oncology and immunology, is seeking a talented Associate Director or Principal Scientist to lead Translational Science & Early Clinical Strategy initiatives during a key growth phase.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive translational science efforts from preclinical development into early clinical programs
  • Design and execute biomarker strategies for mechanism of action, patient selection, and pharmacodynamic endpoints
  • Partner with discovery biology, clinical development, and external collaborators
  • Interpret complex data to inform early clinical strategy and decision-making
  • Contribute to IND-enabling activities and first-in-human study design

What We’re Looking For:

  • PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology)
  • 6–10+ years industry experience, preferably in translational science or early clinical development
  • Proven experience with ADCs (antibody drug conjugates) is ESSENTIAL
  • Deep understanding of tumor biology, immunology, or targeted therapies
  • Strong scientific leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience with biomarkers, companion diagnostics, or precision medicine is highly desirable
