We're Hiring: Associate Director / Principal Scientist – Translational Science & Early Clinical Strategy

Our client, a growing biotech company advancing novel therapies in oncology and immunology, is looking for a talented Associate Director or Principal Scientist to lead Translational Science & Early Clinical Strategy initiatives as we enter a critical phase of growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive translational science efforts from preclinical development into early clinical programs
• Design and execute biomarker strategies to support mechanism of action, patient selection, and pharmacodynamic endpoints
• Partner cross-functionally with discovery biology, clinical development, and external collaborators
• Interpret complex data sets to inform early clinical strategy and decision-making
• Contribute to IND-enabling activities and first-in-human study design

What We’re Looking For:

• PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology)
• 6–10+ years of industry experience, ideally with direct experience in translational science or early clinical development
• Proven experience with ADCs (antibody drug conjugates) is ESSENTIAL
• Deep understanding of tumor biology, immunology, or targeted therapies
• Strong track record of scientific leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with biomarkers, companion diagnostics, or precision medicine approaches is highly desirable
