Job summary

Queen’s Tower Advisory is a boutique deals advisory firm advising private equity funds and corporate acquirers on transactions, enhancing clarity, conviction, and commercial impact. We seek an Associate Director in Transaction Services to lead due diligence engagements, guide project teams, and deliver insights that influence investment decisions.

You’ll strengthen client relationships, support business development, and help evolve our transaction services offering in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent.
• Strong experience in transaction services or financial due diligence in professional services.
• Excellent analytical skills including financial modelling and report writing.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements across range of sectors and deal sizes.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality deliverables to support informed investment decisions.
• Nurture client relationships and provide commercially grounded insights.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals and pitches.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk management processes and high engagement quality.
