Job summary

Gambit Search is currently representing an established advisory firm seeking a Transaction Services Associate Director to join its London team. The role offers leadership responsibility, exposure to mid-market deals and a clear path for progression.

The successful candidate will lead Financial Due Diligence engagements, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff and collaborate with partners on complex transactions, with a strong deal flow and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence within a professional services environment.
• Ability to lead engagements at Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director level with autonomy.
• Proven client-facing experience with stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements across a broad range of mid-market transactions.
• Manage projects from initial scoping through to final report delivery, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members while overseeing the delivery of high-quality work.
• Work closely with Partners on complex transactions and support business development initiatives to drive continued team growth.

The team has built an excellent reputation in the mid-market, advising private equity houses, corporates and entrepreneurs on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements across a broad range of mid-market transactions.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
