Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience:

• Experience with SAP ERP products, ideally in post-merger integration or carve-out scenarios
• Proven track record in leading complex ERP projects with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of business processes and ERP modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.
• Experience in data migration projects is preferred
• Strong client relationship skills, especially with senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting transactions involving ERP systems, including acquisitions and divestitures
• Understanding of the deal lifecycle and IT’s role within it
• Ability to develop new ERP-focused products and revenue streams
• Self-motivated to innovate and expand ERP capabilities within the team
• Ability to analyze complex challenges and provide practical recommendations
