Job Description

The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This is a tactical role that influences the operational plans based on business strategy, with a mid-term impact on the overall results of the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Explore avenues for increasing business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market considerations.
• Support sales/CFT with ad-hoc negotiations on pricing, partner offerings, expedited delivery, etc., to enhance bid success rates.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operation levels.
• Conduct regular reviews with key suppliers on performance, feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and delivery.
• Contribute to jeopardy and contingency planning to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in telecommunications, especially managing Telco partners.
