Job Description:

Role Overview: The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The goal is to ensure timely and cost-effective offnet quoting and delivery. This is a tactical role influencing the operational plans based on business strategy with a mid-term impact on the business unit's results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify access suppliers/partners at national and regional levels and assess competition to deliver last mile connectivity.
• Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers on contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Explore opportunities to increase business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technological solutions with partners.
• Design feasible offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams in negotiations for special pricing, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to increase win rates.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Contribute to planning for jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in telecommunications, especially managing telecom partners.
