The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the direction of operating plans based on business strategy, with a mid-term impact on overall results.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Explore avenues for increasing business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Develop new technology solutions with partners alongside product teams.
• Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams in negotiations for special pricing, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to enhance win rates.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct performance reviews with key suppliers regarding pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Plan and advise on jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in telecommunications, particularly managing Telco partners.
