Role Overview

The role is responsible for leading stages of the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The goal is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operational plans aligned with business strategy, impacting the overall results of the business unit mid-term.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and assess competition to facilitate last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners regarding contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery costs.
• Explore opportunities to increase business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market considerations.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams with special negotiations, pricing requests, and expedited delivery to enhance bid success rates.
• Negotiate and renew vendor contracts for maintenance and installation of network components to ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers focusing on pre-sales, feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Contribute to jeopardy and contingency planning to meet delivery timelines.
• Preferably have experience in the telecommunications environment, especially in managing Telco partners.
