Team Overview

We integrate GroupM media, Nexus capabilities in creative, AI, and marketing science with Choreograph products to develop market-leading solutions for clients. Our Solutions Development team focuses on cross-channel solutions that deliver business impact and metrics that matter, with two core teams: Solutions Integration (SI) and Channel Development (CD).

Our team addresses three key needs: client growth and media connection, operational simplicity amidst media fragmentation, and differentiated proprietary solutions aligned with client contracts.

Role Overview

As a member of the Solutions Development team, your priorities include developing innovative, integrated channel solutions for Pan Regional clients, leading cross-functional groups, and driving strategic growth and operational excellence across markets. You will work closely with leadership to set strategies, align development priorities, and ensure solutions are scalable and effective.

This role offers autonomy in design and development, with significant impact on client outcomes and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Care for team members, foster inclusivity, and conduct regular coaching and mentoring.
  • Client Focus: Develop solutions aligned with client needs, connect with agency and global teams, and lead market research and thought leadership.
  • Innovation: Design cross-channel solutions, stay updated on industry trends, and lead product development and testing.
  • Compliance: Manage solutions’ compliance, pricing, margins, and supply chain understanding.
  • Delivery: Lead cross-functional groups, collaborate with partners, set growth goals, and oversee upskilling and troubleshooting.

Requirements / Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Adtech and media supply technologies, with a background in programmatic and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience working with SSPs and DSPs, understanding multi-market complexities.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with experience in product/solution development and leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity about industry trends and future opportunities, ability to communicate complex ideas simply, and experience working with clients to develop media solutions.
  • Assertiveness, care for team and work quality, and commitment to sustainability and inclusion.
