A multi-award winning, global communications consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Director to grow the digital channels across a range ofdivisions. Healthcare will be the main focus but you will also work across consumer, corporate and retail. This is a core role within the company so experience driving growth and delivering quality results for healthcare clients in a global PR agency is key. You will need expert knowledge on organic and paid social media strategies, influencer marketing programs and experience managing account teams

Responsibilities:

Drive and lead the digital communications strategies and campaigns for the key client accounts
Offer expert advise on paid social media strategies across key platforms- LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok
Create and deliver influencer and advocacy marketing strategies across a range of sectors
Close attention to detail and quality management of the client budgets. Ensuring profitability across the projects
Lead and coach the account teams, ensuring a consistently high level of delivery
Work with wider teams across the business to create meaningful content
Identify opportunities create new business and grow the digital division

Experience Required:

Significant experience driving digital campaigns within a global agency is key
In depth expert knowledge in paid and organic social media strategy. You must also be able to get hands on with running the campaigns across major platforms
Demonstrable experience creating and delivering influencer and advocacy campaigns
A strong commercial understanding and experience managing account profitability
Strong leadership skills and confident leading and mentoring teams
Comfortable working with different stakeholders and teams across the agency
Up to date knowledge of digital trend in healthcare communications
