Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor in Islington, London. You will lead the commercial delivery of major projects, including data centres and infrastructure, while developing cost plans and procurement strategies across pre- and post-contract stages.

MRICS qualification is preferred or you must be working towards chartership. This role offers hybrid working, a discretionary bonus, life and health insurance after probation, and strong progression toward

Qualifications

MRICS status or working towards chartership.
Strong QS experience on major projects £5m-£200m.
Experience in data centres, infrastructure or mixed-use sectors preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead the commercial delivery of major construction projects.
Develop cost plans, estimates and procurement strategies across pre- and post-contract stages.
Oversee valuations, cost reporting, change control, contract administration and final accounts.
Act as a key client contact, providing commercial advice and building long-term relationships.
Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, supporting growth of the team.
