Qualifications

• Proven experience in the data centre sector required.
• Ability to absorb complex information readily.
• Professional qualifications from relevant Chartered Institutes are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead role with clients to ensure work is completed to specification.
• Execution and administration of various forms of contract.
• Management of Contractor and Subcontractor accounts.

Education

HNC, HND or Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
