This role offers a strong base and a generous, controllable bonus within a modern benefits package.
Associate Director, Property Management | Central London Offices
We are pleased to partner with one of London’s fastest-growing property companies in their search for an experienced management surveyor who wants more than the traditional managing agent model. Their view is that a building that works for the people in it is what drives value for the owner, and it’s reshaping how they work with landlords. You will manage a portfolio of Central London buildings, with a strong and growing pipeline in tow.
This is a genuine client ownership model. You’ll own your landlord relationships and run your buildings yourself, with full accountability from day one. You’ll work alongside the senior leadership team and have full oversight of your own growing portfolio. There’s no team to manage immediately, but this is a platform gaining traction at speed, and the route to leading the property management function, and your own team, is there for the taking.
We’re looking for a Senior Associate or experienced Associate Director who’s curious, commercially sharp and a bit restless with the way property management is usually approached. You’ll be comfortable thinking outside the box and keen to work in a tech-forward business that’s doing things differently. RICS qualification is highly desirable, and the desire to be more than a cog in the wheel.
The package is a strong base with a modern benefits offering, and a generous bonus that’s firmly in your control. This is a business that values hard work, collaboration and ownership, and it’s a rare chance to help build something rather than inherit it.
