Job summary

Qualifications

  • End-to-end product ownership from discovery to post-launch iteration with independent drive over a product area.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and API/protocol-based products; exposure to Model Context Protocol preferred.
  • Strong agile leadership: ceremonies, backlogs, retrospectives, KPI reviews.
  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence with roadmap influence.
  • Technical fluency to discuss architecture, security, APIs without hands-on coding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep expertise in AI; track record delivering AI-driven transformations with governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, development, and delivery of Model Context Protocol products for AI-native workflows.
  • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for server and app portfolio with a coherent platform experience.
  • Define and prioritise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria balancing capability, stability, governance, and debt.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, security, and strategy to translate needs into milestones and releases.
  • Conduct customer, partner, developer, and market research to stay competitive in AI ecosystem.
  • Lead squad cadence: planning, prioritisation, retrospectives, and improvements for delivery consistency.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, usage, reliability, and developer satisfaction to inform roadmap.
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and release readiness with security and quality controls.

Skills And Competencies
  • Typically 8–10 years of product management experience, including experience in financial services, financial technology, or risk management software
  • Proven experience owning products end-to-end from discovery and specification through launch and post-launch iteration, with the ability to independently drive a product area
  • Deep understanding of generative artificial intelligence, large language models, agentic artificial intelligence, and application programming interface or protocol-based products; direct exposure to Model Context Protocol or comparable agent‑tooling protocols preferred
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies with experience leading ceremonies, managing backlogs, improving ways of working through retrospectives, and driving outcomes through key performance indicator reviews
  • Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities and influence product roadmap direction
  • Technical fluency to participate in architecture, infrastructure, authentication, security, and application programming interface design discussions while effectively evaluating trade-offs without requiring hands‑on coding
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, data, business, and partner teams
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI‑related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Moody's Model Context Protocol products that enable agentic and artificial intelligence-native workflows.

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Model Context Protocol server and application portfolio, ensuring a coherent, extensible, and well‑documented platform experience
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while balancing new capabilities, platform stability, governance requirements, and technical debt
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, security, and strategy teams to translate customer and business needs into actionable product milestones and releases
  • Conduct customer, partner, developer, and market research to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and ensure the platform remains competitive within the evolving artificial intelligence ecosystem
  • Lead the squad operating rhythm through planning, prioritization, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities that drive delivery consistency and accountability
  • Define and monitor product and platform key performance indicators including adoption, usage, reliability, and developer satisfaction to measure impact and inform roadmap decisions
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and release readiness while ensuring appropriate controls, security reviews, and quality standards are maintained across the product lifecycle
  • Build strong relationships with business units, client‑facing teams, and technology partners to identify new application opportunities and support internal and external developer success
