Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager in Greater London to lead project teams for multiple water and water recycling projects. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects.

Senior Project Controls Manager

As Senior Project Controls Manager, you will work within capital delivery and lead project teams in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for the simultaneous delivery of multiple water and water recycling projects and/or programmes within the AMP8 programme. The role will ensure the client’s project governance procedures are followed, including risk, cost and change control, and will work collaboratively with other teams across the business to deliver projects.
