Associate Director / Partner Commercial (MRICS)

Head of Commercial Property / Commercial Director / Partner (MRICS) London £Outstanding + Equity & Profit Share

We are working with a long-established, highly successful, super prime London firm of Chartered Surveyors.

Their reputation is built on exceptional Prime London Residential Surveying services. They are now looking to expand their Commercial Property division by appointing a Commercial Property Director / Partner as follows:

• Prime London/West End office base (with flexible / home working and satellite office options)
• Lead and develop the entire Commercial Property function, leveraging your network and existing client base
• Focus on Commercial Acquisitions & Disposals, Valuation, Asset Management, Rent Reviews & Lease Consultancy
• Contribute strategic input and planning alongside current directors, influencing the future direction and profitability
• MRICS qualification with 5+ years PQE (VRS beneficial but not essential)
• Currently hold a senior title and seeking to progress to Partner/Director level with equity, with shareholding increasing over time
• Commercially savvy, natural team leader, capable of fee earning while building and managing a team
• Deep market knowledge of London/South East is essential
