An established industry player is seeking a General Manager to oversee the delivery of healthcare management services across multiple locations. This role involves significant stakeholder engagement, strategic management, and operational oversight, ensuring high-quality service delivery in the health sector. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary: Dependent upon experience plus annual bonus opportunity
Location: Based at our Nottingham office, with some opportunity for home working, and a requirement to travel to all company offices for effective team and commission management.
Role Overview
Do you want to help shape what happens next with the country’s health estate? Working in partnership with key stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of health centres that are making a real difference to the communities they serve. Reporting to Director of Operational Partnerships, the successful candidate will operate from our Nottingham office and provide oversight over the 4 LIFTCos across Nottinghamshire (2 LIFTCos), Derbyshire and Leicestershire. The role will include responsibility as General Manager for the delivery of the obligations under our Management Services Agreements (MSAs) to each of the four LIFTCos, and the maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders across these areas.
Support in this role is provided by dedicated general management, operational, financial, and business development resources.
