Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead on strategic planning and deal sourcing worldwide.

• Lead deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, R&D, commercial and regulatory teams.
• Build and maintain external relationships with biotech/pharma institutions.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with leadership to align BD strategy.
