Qualifications

• Strong experience in London office leasing advisory with exposure to both West End and City markets.
• Currently operating at Senior Surveyor / Associate level or equivalent, ready for an Associate Director role.
• Proven transactional and client-facing experience.

• Advise landlords and occupiers on office leasing transactions.
• Lead leasing instructions from initial strategy through to completion.
• Develop and implement leasing and asset strategies.
