cobaltrecruitment is helping an employee-owned environmental consultancy in Devon recruit a Principal Ecologist transitioning to Associate Director. You will lead complex ecological projects, oversee technical reporting and shape project delivery.

Based in beautiful Devon with hybrid working between home, office, and site, you will mentor ecologists, build client relationships and contribute to business development as part of the Senior Management Team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong ecology consultancy experience at Senior/Principal/Associate Director level.
• Excellent reporting and assessment knowledge across ecological disciplines.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and people management abilities.
• Chartered / CIEEM membership is advantageous and UK driving licence required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver complex ecological projects across a range of sectors.
• Oversee technical reporting, including EcIAs, HRAs and management plans.
• Build and manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and develop junior ecologists within the team.
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth.
• Play a key role in the Senior Management Team at Associate Director level.
