We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director.
You’ll assist our Relationship Directors in building relationships by identifying and meeting existing and prospective customer needs. This will include indentifying product and service opportunities, carrying out customer research, driving new to bank origination, financial and credit analysis, and helping the Relationship Director prepare for customer meetings. You’ll also be responsible for the co-ordination of complex credit applications or renewals, and risk escalation management. In the absence of the Director, you’ll act as the focal point for the relationship, products, and services.

This is a hybrid position with the base location being flexible between Guildford and Maidstone. Clients are based predominantly in the South East, so it’s important that you’re based within an easily commutable distance of this region.
