Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in West London is seeking an Associate Director / Projects Director of Quantity Surveying to lead a high-end residential portfolio. The role focuses on ownership of complex projects, client relationships, and strategic commercial guidance.

You will drive procurement strategies, supervise a QS team, and collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Contractors. MRICS status is desirable, UK eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Strong QS background in construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering luxury or prime residential projects.
• Experience leading projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ambitious, proactive with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial delivery of high-end residential projects.
• Manage projects from feasibility to final account.
• Provide high-level cost advice and commercial support.
• Mentor and develop junior QS team members.
• Oversee procurement, tenders, and contractor negotiations.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting, and financial risk.
• Collaborate with project teams across lifecycle.
