Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years of industry research in biology/oncology or related field.
• Or a Masters with 10+ years of industry research in the same areas.
• Experience leading in vitro cancer biology studies and assay cascades.
• Strong background in cancer biology, cell signaling, and molecular biology.
• Experience with target engagement biomarkers and translational readouts.
• Evidence of effective team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency applying AI tools to accelerate drug discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of laboratory scientists in oncology target discovery.
• Design, conduct, and analyze in vitro studies to evaluate targets and compounds.
