Job summary

Stantec invites an experienced Associate Director – Landscape Planning to lead a diverse portfolio of landscape planning projects across the UK. You will provide strategic and technical leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships to grow our landscape planning capability.

This hybrid role offers collaboration across UK offices, opportunities to influence project strategy and contribute to business development while mentoring colleagues and advancing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in landscape planning, preferably in a consultancy.
• Proven track record leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong LVIA, TVIA and strategic landscape assessment expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of landscape and townscape planning projects with high client service.
• Provide expert input into LVIA, TVIA and strategic landscape assessments.
• Advise on landscape capacity, sensitivity studies, and Green Belt/Strategic Gap evaluations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and support delivery of complex projects.
• Mentor and develop team members' skills and careers.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to business development, bids and client engagement.
• Represent landscape team in meetings, inquiries and public consultations.
• Collaborate across UK offices to deliver integrated solutions.
