Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Global Process Owner for Order-to-Cash to lead the transformation of our O2C function worldwide.

You will own strategy, governance, and the technology roadmap, driving automation and analytics while partnering with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will mentor teams and build a high-performance O2C organisation across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Order-to-Cash or related finance/supply chain operations, including project management and leadership experience.
• Deep specialist knowledge of SAP S4 and BW within an O2C context.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, IT or related field; a Master's or professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, APICS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the global O2C strategy, bringing ideas and ambition to the table.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of automation, AI and analytics in O2C.
• Own end-to-end O2C governance and standardisation across regions and functions.
• Influence at senior levels and lead governance forums globally.
• Coach and mentor teams to grow O2C and technology expertise.

What You’ll Bring

Your experience:

• 10+ years in Order-to-Cash or related finance/supply chain operations, including project management and leadership experience
• Deep specialist knowledge of SAP S4 and BW within an O2C context - order management, billing, credit management, collections, cash application - you know this inside out
• A proven track record of delivering transformational process improvements at scale
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience? That's a real advantage here
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, IT or a related field; a Master's or professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, APICS) is a plus
