Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a senior O2C leader to own global strategy and drive innovations in the Order-to-Cash domain. You will diagnose inefficiencies, lead automation initiatives and partner with IT to shape a future-proof O2C landscape across regions.

This role requires 10+ years in O2C, deep SAP S4/BW knowledge, and a track record of transformational improvements. Hybrid work, strong program leadership, and collaboration across finance and supply chain are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Order-to-Cash or related finance/supply chain ops with leadership experience
• Deep SAP S4/BW knowledge within an O2C context including order management, billing, credit, collections, cash application
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Supply Chain/IT; master's or professional qualification is a plus
